Sublimation transfer mate Application Manual
1.Product: Sublimation transfer mate.
2.Features: Our transfer mate is a composite of harmless materials, with super soft touch and breathable. Vivid color and strong cover abilities, it allows water-free sublimation transfer on light or dark natural fabric or mixed fabric. This product needs to be worked with our sublimation transfer paper.
3.Application: Applied on dark or light natural fabric sublimation transfer, such as bag, shoe material etc.,
4.Specifications: 28g/m2，1600mm×300m； 45g/m2，1600mm×300m
5.Application Methods: (1)Print mirrored image onto All-Nice sublimation transfer paper (2)Cut the transfer mate in desired shape and place the mate on top of the fabric, the smooth layer facing on top, the sticky layer attaches the fabric. (3)Fit the printed and shaped transfer paper on top of the mate, the printed side attaches the mate. (4)Place the neatly arranged transfer combo (Transfer paper, transfer mate and fabric) onto calendar which the temperature and time has been preset. Please take note that the chosen of transfer mate might be various depending on the color and thickness of the fabric. Our recommendation as follows: a.For light or thin fabric, utilise 28gsm mate b.For dark and thick fabric, utilise 45gsm mate c.Typically, apply 190℃ for 45s during transfer. Other specific transfer condition might be apply according to the actual appearance.
6.Attention: (1) Washing temperature shall lower than 50℃. (2) Due to the differences in transfer temperature and heat up period for different fabrics, we recommend our customer to take a trail and finalise the best transfer procedures before formal mass producing. (3) To ensure customer’s satisfaction, please first perform the durability test as we consider the tension, wash ability and anti-rubbing of fabrics are different.
